The roasted coffee is placed in storage silos, being transported using a system which preserves its wholeness; it then passes through various cleaning machines to eliminate any extraneous residue.
Coffee beans are packaged in 500g or 1 kg packs in atmosphere with degasing valve, automatically packed into boxes and positioned on pallets.
The ground coffee is stored in special silos and, after a suitable period of degasification, is put into 250g vacuum packs. For the production of pods, the coffee is taken from the silos and then ground and packed into individual 7g sachets in a protective atmosphere. Further analysis and tasting tests are carried out upon samples of the finished product.
