The roasted coffee is placed in storage silos, transferred using a system which preserves its wholeness; it then passes through various cleaning processes to eliminate any extraneous residues.

The coffee beans are then poured and packaged into 1 kg vacuum seal bags, automatically packed into boxes and positioned on pallets.

The ground coffee beans are instead stored in special silos and, after a suitable period of degasification, are packaged in 250g vacuum seal packs. Regarding the production of pods, the coffee beans are taken from the silos, ground and packed into single pods in a protective environment. Further analysis and taste tests are carried out with samples of the end product.
